Science Please have your parents read and sign the Science paper and return it. This will be placed in the front of your notebook. All papers, which are to be turned in, must have the correct heading in the top right hand corner of the page. If this is not done, five points will be deducted from your score. All tests are to be signed and brought back the next day. An additional 5 points will be given for following this procedure. GRADE Your grade will be determined by the following: NOTEBOOK: This will be checked periodically. It should be brought to class everyday and all papers should be placed in it. LAB REPORT: This is a write up of experiments. TESTS: At the end of each chapter a test will be given. There will also be tests given for certain memorization material. All tests will be doubled. EXTRA CREDIT: A student may do 6 extra credit assignments per quarter. These can come from any source but must pertain to what we are studying. Only one per week may be turned in for credit. NOTEBOOK Purpose: To help you organize your science material, and to help you study for your tests. The notebook will be brought to class every day. Dividers should be used and labeled as follows:
