Alice Rumschlag - First Grade

My name is Alice Rumschlag.  I have my Master's degree from Saint Francis College.  I have taught at St. John's for 27 years.  I have taught Reading Readiness, second grade and third grade.  My first love is teaching first grade.  It gives me great pleasure to teach a child to read and to love books.  This is a tremendous responsibility that I hold dear to my heart.  I have four children: Brian, Matt, Staci and Shelli.  Ron and I enjoy being involved with their activities - volleyball, basketball, softball, show choir and dance.
